These Terms of Service govern your use of the Melora Connect platform provided by Melora Connect, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Melora Connect provides membership management software including CRM, events, payments (MeloraPay), communications, analytics, and advocacy tools. We may update features over time to improve the platform.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted under it. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another organization's data, or use the platform to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.

Fees and payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Payments processed through MeloraPay are subject to applicable processor fees and any organization-specific terms you have configured.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. You can export your data at any time and request deletion when your subscription ends. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform or other customers.
